MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We support and showcase art works of national and international artists.

 

When reviewing art works, we take a lot into consideration, such as choice of colours, composition, expertise, uniqueness and marketability. We support our artists by liaising with art collectors and buyers and holding events at our gallery in Hamburg.

 

As an artist, you have the option of becoming a member of the Gallery. The membership includes a yearly feature on Social Media, free entrance to all events at the Gallery, personal invitations to events, discounts on all gallery catalogues and publications, and regular updates on the Grace Denker gallery and the art scene. Our Artists will be promoted worldwide through our online community of followers and to our unique monthly visitors.

Our Service includes a yearly press release, blog article on our website accompanying an exhibition, a feature on Social Media, a chance to take part in a yearly group exhibition, and regular updates on the GRACE DENKER GALLERY and the art scene. 

Registering as an Artist with the GRACE DENKER GALLERY is a great opportunity to connect with a wider audience, to build up your curriculum vitae as an artist, to get your art seen, reaching the right audience and encouraging sales.

 

Our goal is to support you in your creative journey and assist you in sharing the beauty of your work with the rest of the world.

 

After your registration has been confirmed, you will need to send us:

 

  • Your biography and Artist statement 

  • 4 images of your works (Minimum 1MB per image)

  • Your contact details (Website, Instagram, FB, etc.)

  • The signed membership agreement

  1. An annual press release

  2. An annual publication on social media

  3. Free entry to the exhibitions and events at Art.Craft.Living

  4. A VIP card and invitations to exclusive events

  5. Personal invitations to all openings

  6. Reduced exhibition catalogs

  7. Free entry for up to 10 accompanying persons

  8. Regular updates on Art.Craft.Living and the art scene

 

Special services (depending on availability)

  1. The opportunity to take part in an annual group exhibition free of charge. This service depends on a minimum of 8 interested parties. Planned exhibition dates will be communicated to all members up to 6 weeks before the planned date. A final confirmation of participation is only given with a concluded exhibition contract.

  2. A blog article on our website accompanying an exhibition.

 

Validity period

The contract is concluded with the payment of the first membership fee and the signed declaration of consent. Your membership is effective from the date you paid until cancellation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount, which corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract Compared to the total scope

Termination

  1. Resignation is only possible at the end of a quarter. The declaration of resignation must be given to the office in writing no later than six weeks before the end of the quarter.

2. Retroactive refunds are not possible.

3. Changes to the address or bank details must be communicated to the office in writing
