MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Artist Membership Agreement
Scope of Agreement / Conditions:
This is the agreement between ArtCraftLiving / Grace Denker Gallery and anyone who chooses to join the ArtCraftLiving network. The network consists of artists and all people of all disciplines who also create art as well as those who promote art.
Our primary focus is supporting emerging artists, encouraging collectivity, networking and a sense of community. Therefore, we only accept members who share the same interests and are interested in long-term cooperation.
We support and present works of art by national and international artists.
When appraising artworks, we take many things into account, such as: B. Color choice, composition, expertise, uniqueness and marketability. We support our artists by connecting with shops, art collectors and interested parties and organizing events and exhibitions in our gallery in Hamburg and outside the gallery.
As an artist or someone interested in art, you have the opportunity to become a member of our network. Membership includes an annual social media post, free entry to all gallery events, personal invitations to events, discounts on all gallery catalogs and publications, and regular updates about Grace Denker Gallery and the art community. Our artists are promoted worldwide through our online community and our monthly visitors.
Our service includes an annual press release, a blog article on our website accompanying an exhibition, a social media release, the opportunity to participate in an annual group exhibition.
Registering as an artist with GRACE DENKER GALLERY is a great opportunity to connect with a wider audience, build your CV as an artist, give visibility to your art, reach the right audience and promote sales of your work.
Our goal is to accompany you on your creative journey and to support you in sharing the beauty of your work with the rest of the world.
After your payment has been confirmed, we will send you the membership confirmation and a membership card. You must also send us the following:

Your biography and artist statement

4 images of your work (at least 1 MB per image)

Your contact details (website, Instagram, FB, etc.)

By submitting artwork, you represent that you are the sole owner of all rights to the works being advertised/exhibited.

Special services (depending on availability)

The opportunity to participate in a group exhibition at least once a year free of charge. As part of a one-day exhibition, the artists have the opportunity to exhibit with us several times a year. However, each artist can participate in a multi-week exhibition at least once a year. This service is dependent on a minimum of 8 interested parties. Planned exhibition dates will be communicated to all members up to 6 weeks before the planned date. Participation will only be definitively confirmed once an exhibition contract has been concluded.

Validity Period and Termination
The contract is concluded with the payment of the first membership fee and with the signed declaration of consent. Your membership is effective from the date you paid for it until canceled. The contract has a term of 24 months and is automatically renewed every 12 months if the contract is not terminated three months before the end of the 24 months. The membership start date corresponds to the first payment date of the subscription. Cancellation is not possible during the first 24 months of the contract. The notice period for each additional year after the end of the 24-month period is 3 months until the end of a payment cycle. A payment cycle is the date when one payment is made to the date when the next payment is due. Example: If a member pays a subscription on 12th May 2023, the cycle runs until 11th May 2024 and then the next payment would be due. Termination of the online subscription payment plan by the artist automatically terminates the contract on the next possible termination date, but does not relieve the member of their payment obligations. Outstanding payments must be settled immediately following the cancellation of the subscription plan by the member. If the membership fee is not paid or is paid late, the gallery reserves the right to terminate the membership without notice and to demand repayment of the services already provided.
Payment:
Membership fee is 250 EUR per year and payment is exclusively through this link: https://www.artcraftliving.com/plans-pricing. Membership payment is a payment plan paid annually to cover the services provided by the gallery to the member. In the event of termination without observing the notice period, the gallery reserves the right to demand payment of the full service amount less saved expenses. The office must be informed in writing of any changes to the address or bank details.
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us [GRACE DENKER GALLERY, Hammerbrookstrasse 93, 20097 Hamburg Tel.: 040 2333 5913, Fax.: 040 2533 5804, info@artcraftlivivng.com] by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post , fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.

Final Provisions
If one or more provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement, but this Agreement shall be construed as having or not being invalid or illegal enforceable provision would never have been contained herein. In the event of any such determination that any term or other provision is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the court or other tribunal making such determination shall have the authority and authority to vary this Agreement to reflect the parties' original intent to the extent possible achievable so that the transactions and arrangements contemplated herein will be consummated as originally contemplated, to the maximum extent possible.
